Cause everyone loves a few nice photos of flowers. Especially at the start of Spring!
Of course in Vail, Colorado it takes a little while longer to turn into spring. These were taken around April 5th.

Cherry blossoms are always my favorite trees during the spring. Luckily when we traveled down to Denver I was able to see some!
While we were in Denver we ate at Linger restaurant in the Highlands. Specializing in different types of global street food the restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. The whole place used to be a mortuarium and all of the old signage is still seen on the rooftop bar, although mortuarium has been changed to meatuarium. The bar comes out of an old van and offers incredible views of the Denver Skyline.
I definitely recommend getting several different things and sharing with the table! My personal favorites were the Marsala Dosa (gluten free and vegetarian), and the Mongolian BBQ Duck buns. Such a fun place and we were lucky enough to be with great company!
